B-Rex Attack!
Sometimes, I get a burger craving that I just can't shift...
This is usually problematic, as I rarely find a burger joint where they serve something that isn't full of gristle or completely tasteless. I had heard good things going around about Byron; originally a London chain but with a little set up in Bluewater, Kent.
We drove up this morning for my boyfriend's birthday to spend a couple of days with my parents and after not eating all day, I was positively yearning for a big, meaty burger.
Then I was attacked by a Byronasaurus Rex!

Little Beauty Haul
I tend not to indulge myself in what I would describe as a 'haul'. I don't like having a lot of things hanging around the house than I never/barely ever use, so I opt for just buying things that I need. However, when Boots have a 3 for 2 offer on, I have to take advantage, even if I don't buy as much as other people would.
So I popped into Brighton yesterday and picked up a few things that I felt were missing from my beauty collection. After spending a tortuously long time opting between buying things I want or things I need (causing my boyfriend much agony over my indecisiveness), I chose these lucky little products.

Ultimate Hot Chocolates from Choc+
Like any university student, one of the best bits of going home for a short break is the abundance of delicious food that you usually can't afford to buy when suffering through coursework and reading. My mama never fails to surprise me with the most delicious treats and this reading week was no exception!

Masters of Show Choir 2014
This year I was lucky enough to be chosen to be part of the competition group for Sussex Show Choir who would perform at the annual competition Masters of Show Choir.
Here is the story of that day...
We woke up at the crack of dawn to get on down to campus, where we would be picked up and chauffeured to London like the stars we were.
In the spirit of the day, I tied a gold ribbon in my bun (Sussex Show Choir colours are gold and black).
