The Mango Tree, Belgravia

Thai food has to be my all time favourite foreign cuisine. When I don't feel like a typical pub lunch or Sunday Roast, I'm always on the hunt for a fantastic Thai restaurant to satisfy my cravings. If you've read my blog for a while, you'll know that I've reviewed a couple of Thai restaurants in the past. It just never gets old!

So when the lovely people at The Mango Tree invited me down to review their restaurant I was so up for it, especially after I googled it and saw the hype surrounding it!

Choccywoccydoodah, Carnaby

Sometimes, all you need is a chocolate themed day.

Last week, my best friend Olivia and I headed to London for a very belated Christmas present! Instead of buying each other actual gifts, we decided to each purchase a spa treatment from the Lush Spa in Oxford Street while I still had my cheeky Lush staff discount. As the treatment was a hot chocolate body scrub, we decided to stick with the pattern and head to Choccywoccydoodah in Carnaby for a dessert filled sweet fest.

I Love Myself & I'm Not Even Sorry

Here's the truth: I think I'm pretty awesome.

For some reason, I think there's a bit of stigma that goes around, especially between women, when a woman loves herself. Automatically she's classed as "vain" or "up herself" and we almost resent women who are confident and happy in their own skin. Maybe it's jealousy, maybe it's just the way we've been raised, but I personally am done with it.

Princess Peach

Petticoats are one of those things that just scream nostalgia for me. Putting this one on I felt like I had transformed into a little girl again, dancing around my room to whatever Disney cassette tape I had put in my player and pretending to be a princess.

Beautifully Unpredictable

Hello, Spring!

Well, I thought it was hello spring, until I just looked out of my window while writing this blog post and saw that it was SNOWING. What even?! Sometimes I can't even handle the English weather.

Anywho, it's pretty good that Fat Face have once again kitted me right up with their new Spring collection, which is just as cosy as it is light, meaning that there's not as much of a chance that i'll turn into a snowman as soon as I step outside. Their new slogan is 'Beautifully Unpredictable', meaning that no matter what the weather (or life) throws at us, we're always going to be prepared.

The Uptown Girl

One brand that I have always loved the look of but never had a chance to try is Charlotte Tilbury. I remember the first time I saw one of her lipsticks pop up on one of Zoella's videos and my first thought was, "Oh my gosh. I need that right now." Everything about the brand screams luxury, from the signature rose gold packaging to the extremely adorable product names (yep, I get into product names, people, don't judge).

Baywatch

Let me just take a moment to breath a heavy sigh, because these photos are seriously making me miss Dubai (ooh, that rhymed!). But seriously, can we just not have Winter anymore please? The cold weather is actually getting slightly ridiculous.

Barbecoa, London

I've always been a huge fan of Jamie Oliver and his TV shows, so it'll probably surprise you to know that I've actually never visited one of his restaurants. Yep, for some reason the opportunity has never arisen, but when they got in touch and asked if I'd like to try out Barbecoa in St Paul's, I jumped at the chance. The menu looked absolutely incredible and I was so excited to try out Jamie's famous steakhouse.
