Summer Styling with New Look

I'm definitely one of those people who buys one thing that goes with everything and then wears it to death. If you've followed me for a while then you've probably seen the same pair of shoes popping up in about seven different posts, even if they're no longer for sale (bad blogger!), but if I'm honest I can never see a reason in buying something that can't be worn with everything! So, I'm kind of a pro at styling up things in more than one way, especially when I don't want to spend the money on two things when I really don't need to. So when the lovely people at New Look asked if I would be able to create a Summer Days and a Summer Nights outfit out of one occasion piece, I jumped at the challenge!

The Best Fish & Chips in Brighton

One of the first things I was told when I moved to Brighton was "Never buy fish and chips on the seafront", a rule from the Brighton handbook that I have managed to ignore for the past three years of me living here. However, I think I may have finally found the one.

Kids in America

Everybody live for the music-go-round.

There's nothing like a couple of new season accessories to get a girl excited, especially when they're themed around the great USA! The lovely people at ASOS asked if I'd like to style up a couple of items from their 'Kids in America' collection and I absolutely could not wait!

Palm Cruisers

One of my favourite things about staying on Palm Island is the gorgeously long fronds that are practically made for cycling. The roads are so smooth and flat that you can practically ride effortlessly for hours, making it one of my favourite morning activities in Dubai!

Happy 300! + GIVEAWAY

So, here we are. 300 posts. Wow.

I never thought when I started my little blog on a rainy day in January 2014 that I would get this far. I'm pretty renowned for not sticking with anything, especially hobbies, so the fact that I've made it all the way to 300 posts is incredible for me.

This isn't going to be too long of a post, as I'm sure you've heard it all before. But I still wanted to take a moment to thank all of you. Without you, I never would have got this far. Having such a wonderful group of people constantly supporting and encouraging me has made me feel so included within the blogging community and has given me the confidence to continue pursuing my dreams.

Of course, there's still lots I wanted to. Who know's where I'll be when I hit 400 posts! But so far the journey's been great. I've made some wonderful friends who I never would have got the chance to know if I hadn't started blogging and they've brightened up my life for the better; I managed to secure a fantastic job after discovering the wonderful company after attending their blogger events; and I managed to work with some amazing brands who I absolutely adore (this one still baffles me!).

If you've been around since my 200th post, you'll know that I do a little giveaway to celebrate this personal achievement! I did a poll on twitter and most people voted for me to giveaway a MAC Lipstick of your choice, so here it is! Just fill in the rafflecopter widget below and good luck! THIS GIVEAWAY IS INTERNATIONAL! Please read the Ts&Cs before entering <3

Once again, thank you so much for sticking by me all the way to 300 posts! It really does mean the world to me.

Stripes at the Souk

One of my favourite spots in Dubai has to be the Souk at the Madinat Hotel. If you visit early enough, just before the shops open, you can explore without anybody bothering you and really appreciate the gorgeous buildings and winding canals.

While on holiday I made a little stealth buy at Topshop, because you know I can't avoid those stripes! It was perfect for the early morning air as we explored the passages around the Souk.
