How I'm Improving My Mental Health While At Home

At the moment, with the whole lockdown thing, it's kind of hard on a lot of people's mental health, including my own. Normally, where I'd be going therapy every week I'm unable to do so now (my therapist does do online counselling but unfortunately I can't do this due to the privacy of my home), so I've been trying to find other ways of keeping myself happy and busy and not focusing on negative thoughts. Also, I'm aware of the irony of these photos being totally outside, but I don't have any others and I'm letting them help me focus on the day I can return to London again.

Changing the Way We Think About Influencer ADs

Botanical Brunch at Mr Fogg's, London

Last weekend I took a little trip to Mr Fogg's House of Botanicals in London to try their new Botanical Brunch. My mum, my aunt and my cousins have an annual tradition of going out for brunch for Mother's Day each year, and Mr Fogg's kindly invited us down to try out the menu. Our brunch was gifted but all opinions are my own.

Why I'm Done Feeling Guilty About My Instagram

My mum has always said that 'guilt is a wasted emotion', and I definitely feel this. I am hugely guilty (ha!) of feeling guilty a lot. I feel guilty when I lose friends because I feel like it must be me. I feel guilty about being pescatarian instead of vegetarian, and then feel guilty about being vegetarian instead of vegan. And lately, the thing I've felt guilty about is my Instagram.

The Tea Files: The Lanesborough x Peggy Porschen

Last week the lovely people at Peggy Porschen invited me down to the Lanesborough Hotel near Hyde Park in London to try out their brand new themed afternoon tea (gifted). As someone who is a huge fan of Peggy's (as you all know) and afternoon tea (of course!) I was so excited to try out this collaboration.
