The Road to Happiness

Recently, I found an amazing little website called Do What You Love which is full of inspiration for making your life happier, healthier and generally more love-filled. On this website, you can download their New Year's Revolution pack for free (at the top of the page), and although you may say it's a bit too late for anything to do with the new year, I believe it's never too late.

Conceal...don't feel...

Before you ask, I have absolutely no regrets about using a Frozen pun as the title of this post.

My First Love Me Beauty Box

I feel like I'm the last person on Earth to jump on the beauty box bandwagon. Until I started blogging I really had no idea that these wonderful things existed! But once I discovered them, there was no going back. I mean, how could I turn down having beauty products sent to my house every month?!

A Sunny Walk in Brighton

For the first time in months a stream of light shone out from beneath the blind to awaken me to a gorgeous blue Brighton sky! I had to stop myself from singing "Oh what a beautiful morning" at the top of my lungs, for fear of waking my boyfriend and neighbours.

Beautiful Bargain Body Butters

Two words you never think will match side by side; beautiful and bargain. But the product I'm reviewing today has both these qualities and I am thrilled that I stumbled across such a well hidden secret!

I'm talking about the NSPA Fruit Extracts Body Butters!

Being Positoove

In the Broadway musical adaptation of one of my favourite Disney movies The Little Mermaid, the character of Scuttle sings a song all about a little trait we should all possess called 'Positoovity'. Obviously we aren't all as lucky as Scuttle to be able to whip out a positoove-wait...what? That's not a real word, you say? Pish posh. It's in a Disney musical of course it's a real word...you can see the evidence here.

Changing My Name

So, due to me being a silly billy and not googling my URL and blog name before picking it, I have found that I have a very similar name to two other very popular blogs which kind of makes me think that people will a) get confused between our blogs or b) think I am stealing someone's URL, which I am not.

Not to worry though! I am still a Brighton girl, but shall now be changing my url to hellomissjordan.blogspot.co.uk which was a name I had originally picked for my blog and is also my twitter/instagram username, so much less confusion on the social networking side of things. Bloglovin are going to sort it all out so all my followers are transferred over to my new Bloglovin profile, so you won't miss any of my posts.

Thank you so much for following and your continued support!

Our Perfect Day

We celebrated Valentine's Day in the most unusual of ways, I would say. For a girl who has always dreamed of having a boyfriend on Valentine's Day (which finally came true last year), I think that I've relaxed my expectations a little after going out with a chef, who, due to his work, rarely can be off for the important dates, such as public holidays, birthdays and Valentine's Day.

My Links of London Wishlist

When it comes to my jewellery collection, I'd probably say that I'm very picky. I like to have a very limited number of pieces which I can wear both everyday and out for an occasion.

Tea and Steak

I was fortunate (or unfortunate, depending on how you look at it) enough to have the whole day off university yesterday due to all my seminars being cancelled, so my mum and dad came all the way down from Kent to see me. Because I work weekends and then have university every day in the week, its very unlikely that I will get to see them often during term time, so this was quite a treat.

Through the Decades

Last night I attended a 'Through the Decades' themed fancy dress party in aid of fundraising for the incredible Sussex Show Choir. So I thought I would do a little outfit post for you.

After (not so) much deliberation, I decided to knock out a 1960's themed outfit. Mainly because of the sheer number of colourful flared dresses I own. This was the result.
