Beauty Tales - Jordan the Giant Peach

"She had bathed herself in it...the juices of the peach that was. In her curiosity and all round madness, she had juiced the Giant Peach, pressing it into a bath tub full of sweet, orange syrup. It was delightful, to sit in such a sweet heaven. So delightful, that she remained oblivious to her ongoing transformation..."

While I love writing beauty reviews, I find that I love writing lifestyle posts and stories, especially about my love of fairy tales and Disney. And so, this morning I was slapped around the face by the fish of inspiration, and thought of 'Beauty Tales'. This will be a weekly series where hopefully every Monday I will share with you some products I love while linking them to classic childhood stories that have always captured my imagination. You will also get a peek into my wild imagination, such as the little story above.

I had been searching for a new bubble bath for ages, and while you may now believe that I juiced a giant peach as a last resort, I in fact settled for N-Spa's Peach Bath and Shower Gel. If you have been reading for a while, you will know how obsessed I am with N-Spa's Fruit Extracts Range, having reviewed their body butters previously.

Once again, I ummed and ahhed in the beauty section of Asda, trying to pick the scent I wanted because they were all so delicious. Eventually, my boyfriend got annoyed and told me to get peach. For £3, you get this huge 500ml bottle which is definitely going to last me quite a few baths. I also love the packaging of this range. The rainbow colours and fonts of the products always catch my eye on the bland supermarket shelves.

I always lie in the bath for a couple of hours, so you can imagine my surprise when there was still a great load of bubbles left at the end. Not only that, but the scent is really strong, allowing you to enjoy it for longer. There is some truth to the story above, I did leave the bath smelling like a giant peach.

One of the things I love about N-Spa is that they are against animal testing, which is always a plus side as I love bunnies.

As always I highly recommend anything from the N-Spa Fruit Extracts Range, all of which can be purchased in your local Asda. However, I don't recommend you eat it, like you would a real peach, as it won't taste as good as it smells, trust me.

Let me know in the comments what you think of 'Beauty Tales', and what story you'd like to see beautified next!
