For my first beauty blog I thought I would pick an all-time favourite of mine to share with you! This product is definitely on a must-have list for anyone who is a fan of a certain fruit...
Banana Shampoo! (and conditioner, of course.)
This product was actually recommended to me by my own lovely mama, who told me she used to use it when she was younger. Curious, I decided to head over to The Body Shop and see if it was still there...and it was!
Although this is quite pricey for shampoo and conditioner (£4.50 for each), I think that it is completely worth it. When I first bought the two original bottles, they lasted a really long time, plus they smell a-MAY-zing!
The smell of the shampoo and conditioner is also very natural; it doesn't smell like artificial banana flavouring. Obviously, if you're not fond of bananas at all then this wouldn't exactly be your kind of thing, but as my favourite fruit, this is perfect for me!
An added bonus was that I started using this shampoo just as I began dating my boyfriend (who is banana crazy) and he loved it; he wouldn't stop sniffing my hair.
I cannot get enough of this stuff; it's fruity, thick and leaves my hair looking beautiful. What more could you ask for?
