Jordan Goes to Hollywood

Having been in America only two days, I had already been invited to Hollywood to star in my own remake of Singin' in the Rain!

I wish...

This movie magic was the work of one Mickey Mouse, as I was whisked away for our second day to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

10 points to your house if you can tell me in the comments where the statue below is from!

And I may be 20, but you're never too old to take a picture of the rainbow barn from Hannah Montana: The Movie.

Poor Mr Tumnus...

All these amazing original props were kept in the storage space which we were led around on the Studio Backlot Tour, which is one of those rides that you'd probably forget about, but I would highly recommend.

You are led around various sets from films before boarding a shuttle which gives you an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the park. We came across the ever so famous mouse ears water tower.

Before finding ourselves in a rather unsafe looking environment; a rocking bridge in an old canyon. Immediately, it began to pour down.

Before the truck burst into flames before our very eyes.

After exhausting ourselves on all the rides, we headed over to Pizza Planet for lunch. Ollie had the meat lovers pizza, while I went for classic cheese. Both we served with big pots of delicious Caesar salad and chocolate chip cookies for dessert!

This was definitely up there with the best pizza I've ever eaten. Who doesn't love a good deep-pan, cheese smothered piece of bread?

And I think my boyfriend liked it too...

Nomnomnom...

We later found ourselves touring the Streets of America, heading over to New York, New York...such a wonderful town!

Where I took a spin around a lamppost, bursting into song.

"I'm singing in the rain...la da da da da dee!"

Disney Tip: If you step on that black plate on the side of the lamppost, it will start raining!

But I couldn't stop Ollie...he was already making a break for San Francisco!

True movie magic!
