Practically Pink

Bank holiday Monday just gone, a couple of blogger babes (Fifi and Immy) and I decided to take an impromptu trip down to one of my favourite seaside towns, Whitstable for the day. We didn't have much of a plan, but I knew one thing; I wanted to find as much pink as possible. I think I might have been just a little bit successful!

As we pulled up in the little seaside town, I have to say I didn't have much hope for getting good outfit snaps, considering we had the typical British bank holiday weather, aka all the rain. But, it wasn't long before the grey clouds parted and we were greeted by much appreciated sunshine!

We strolled along to the adorable beach huts of Tankerton, ate chips by the sea and went on an obligatory blogger pastel house hunt, with fabulous results! I had always heard about the row of multicoloured houses in Whitstable but never had the chance to visit them in person. It was perfect timing, considering I had this gorgeous pink wrap top to show off!

I've wanted a top like this one for so long and so I was totally chuffed when this one from Missy Empire arrived on my doorstep. I'm absolutely living for the over the top sleeve trend at the moment (bonus points if it comes in pink!).

I honestly had one of the loveliest days I've had in a long time. Fifi and Immy are two of the funniest, most gorgeous people I've had the pleasure to meet and there were moments where I actually couldn't breathe for laughing!

If you're looking to visit Whitstable soon and are wondering where this lovely set of houses is, it's at the end of Island Wall. Happy snapping! x
