One Dress, Three Ways

If there's anything I've loved since watching Breakfast at Tiffany's it's a little black dress that makes me feel like Holly Golightly. I mean you can't go wrong with a classic, right?! So when the lovely people from Nicce London challenged me to style up their Essential Dress for three different occasions, I was so excited to experiment with different looks. They do some seriously awesome basics that you can do loads with, and the dress definitely didn't disappoint.

Going Out Out

Of course, the dress itself is so cute that I couldn't resist just wearing it on its own with a pair of black heels for a 'Going Out Out' outfit. I love that the dress has a tight fit that's super flattering, as well as the gorgeous cross strappy back that makes it a little bit sexy. And yes, I definitely got heckled by guys in passing cars while shooting this outfit, so at least I know it looks good. Paired up with a beaded black clutch bag and you're ready to hit the town for a night of partying.

Work Attire

My second look is just a classic work look and to be honest I could think of a million ways to style the dress so it's work appropriate, which makes it even better. But the one I went for was my favourite ruffle blouse with a pussy-bow collar for an adorable look that gives me all the Anime vibes. The dress is a bit short to get away with bare legs for work, so I just went for some basic black tights.

A Bit More Casual

The third and final look is one for a bit more casual, day-to-day look that's actually perfect for the summer-autumn transition (although I'm totally holding out for warm weather for as long as possible). The dress's tight fit means that it's perfect for layering, so I popped over a pink jumper and added my everyday satchel to finish. I know I'm going to be getting serious use out of this dress as the year goes on which is perfect.

Let me know in the comments what you think of my three looks and how you would style up the dress! I'd love to hear your ideas x
