Breakfast with Puma & JD Women

Last week I was very excited to be invited along to a little breakfast celebrating the launch of JD Sports & Puma's brand new collection in collaboration with Lucy Watson (of Made in Chelsea fame).  It was a bright and early start in London as I headed over to Somerset House and a restaurant I had never visited before called Spring.

The first thing I thought was "Holy hell this place is magical". The restaurant was filled with fresh, pink flowers and the walls were covered in climbing ivy and fairy lights. It was truly one of the most gorgeous settings ever and I know I will be returning just for that!

We took our seats and it wasn't long before our three course breakfast was served.

The whole theme of the breakfast was healthy eating, obviously! I was a little bit wary as I'm probably the most unhealthy person ever, but I was still excited to try some new food.

First up were lemon and polenta muffins with quince which were absolutely delicious.

Alongside were a selection of breads with jam and butter.

This was all followed up by Bircher muesli made with house made almond milk, grains, dates and pomegranate. It was absolutely delicious and I know my dad would love this one!

Everyone got snapping away at their food and there was a lovely talk from the head of the PR team, as well as a speech from Lucy herself.

Our final course was cured wild salmon with scrambled eggs and seeded rye loaf (which I may or may not have smothered in butter). I definitely can't go one meal without making it somewhat unhealthy!

I also managed to get a snap of somebody's vegan option, which was crushed avocado. This one looked absolutely amazing and a proper blogger's dream!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and I'd like to thank JD Sports for inviting me along for the morning! It's always so lovely to chat to some other bloggers too, and the new collection is absolutely gorgeous. I definitely recommend you check it out here! If you love blush tones then you will be absolutely obsessed! I can definitely see myself picking up a few bits when I hit the gym in the new year.
