Winter Warmers

Now, I don't want to be one of those people who moans about the weather, but my gosh have you felt how cold it's gotten!? Well, if you're in some lovely hot country, probably not, but over in the UK it's decided to drop like anything after spoiling us to a humid Christmas. So, I've decided to combat it by breaking out what could probably be classed as a Christmas jumper, but I'm going to wear it anyway.

While out shopping on my birthday, I popped into Collectif in Brighton, one of the most gorgeous shops for vintage inspired clothing. I absolutely fell in love with this jumper as soon as I saw it and when I found out that it was half price in the sales, I snapped it up straight away! It's really cosy, cropped and adorable, and the fur is detachable as well, just in case I'm feeling a little less...furry? I don't even know what I'm saying.

Jumper - Collectif || Skirt - Topshop

In my mission to build up my capsule wardrobe (because I wouldn't be a true fashion blogger without one), I picked up this adorable a-line denim skirt from Topshop. Not only will it go with about 90% of tops in my wardrobe, but it's timeless and perfect for daywear. To tell you the truth, I actually bought two denim skirts from Topshop that day, because I couldn't decide which one I liked more. If in doubt, buy both, yes?!

Ring - Pandora

I also popped on my new Pandora ring that my boyfriend bought me for my birthday. The feather ring is just gorgeous with just enough sparkle. It's hardly left my hand since I bought it!

Capsule wardrobe continued: I've been after some ankle boots for ages and I finally found the perfect pair. They're comfy enough to wear everyday with just the right amount of heel so I don't feel like a tree stump. Happy days!

Boots - Office

This post was basically just one big shopping spree, but I'm really happy with my purchases! It's always a good day when you buy items that you know you will get your wear out of and can be worn loads of different ways! I absolutely adore this vintage inspired combination, even if I'm mixing up the decades a little!
